Refund Policy

We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your items to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at cakelady@jarrjuxtapose.com. If your refund request is accepted, you will receive a refund between 7-10 business days after your request is approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order is incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Perishable goods cannot be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
